Refunds
Full payment is due with registration. A $35 cancellation fee will be assessed for client cancellations occurring prior to the start of the semester. We are unable to refund tuition fees following the start of classes.
Under-enrolled Classes
Music Together with Amanda reserves the right to cancel under-enrolled classes. If your class is canceled before it is slated to begin, we will make every effort to place you in another class. If we cannot place you in another class we will refund your tuition payment in full.
Switching Classes
When more than one class is offered, you may switch classes for any reason within the first 2 weeks of a semester, as long as there is room in the new class. After week 2 of a semester, switching is permitted only if there is room in the new class and there is a compelling reason for the switch, such as injury or a work schedule change. All requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Drop-in Classes
Contact us if you would like to schedule a drop-in class during an active semester. Subject to availability.
Guests
Adult family members, friends, and caregivers are always welcome to attend class. No unregistered children can be accommodated unless prior arrangements have been made. We do not allow drop-ins to our regularly scheduled classes. Demonstration classes are offered before each semester begins.
Illness
Please be considerate! Any child or adult with any symptoms of illness is asked to remain home. This includes fever, cough, cold, rash, runny nose, and lice. We reserve the right to remove families from class who are not abiding by our wellness policy.
